Effectiveness of Blogs in SEO

I will be explaining the importance and the key role played by a Blog in this article. If I was in a dilemma, or in a fix; the first thing that usually strikes my mind is the Internet. I approach my computer and research about my complication. There will be lots of information hosted on various websites. That will help in construing my problem. I am also pretty sure that billions of people follow the same way, after all we are in the 21st century. Let me explain the inner systematic procedure that a search engine does in order to deliver the results to the inquiries presented before it. A major search engine, will crawl through the millions of websites and blogs looking for the information related to the search that I have made.

Now, If we concentrate on this particular behavior of a Search Engine, lot of wonders can be made and tons of cash can be reaped. All the study and research related to the search engines is shortly termed as SEO - Search Engine Optimization. If I own a blog, then all I want is visitors and daily hits. So, the question arises,
how?
Answer is simple, and tedious too. If my blog is limited to a particular niche, for example - "Making Money Online". Then, I need do a keyword research and I have to know the most searched keywords on the web. With the keywords, backlinks are to built from various sites, preferably from a good ranked site. The key to SEO is link building. I should be having several inbound and outbound links. Whenever, a search or a query is made on a Search Engine, the chances of showing my website on the first page must be high in order to gain a lot of exposure and some unique visitors. So, now that I have some visits to my blog, the next step and the most important thing is to retain them. I need to provide quality content and make sure that the visits will be permanent.

Quality Content

Quality content is what Search Engines love the most. They crawl into the websites with unique articles and properly keyword researched ones. The blog must be updated as regularly as possible with quality content. For better results, Guest Posts must be allowed on my blog and the same must be done by me on other related blogs. It allows an increase in the number of visits. Submitting the blog to different forums, Social Bookmarking sites, Blog comments, Social Media, and Directory listings helps to gain more favor in Search Engine's point of view.

A properly optimized blog will deliver great hits to the blog owner. So, if I own a blog which is ranked #1 in Google search results for my particular keyword, then the hits will be huge. By throwing some ads and guiding the visitors to various leads, I will be reaping a lot of cash. So, properly optimized blogs with good amount of link building will deliver huge profits to the blogger. Such is the importance of a blog in SEO.
